First call of the day: a customer reported that their air conditioning system was not cooling properly. Upon investigation, we found the indoor coil to be completely frozen. This spring, while replacing an existing system in an attic, we stumbled upon an issue that wasn't exactly in the plan. Working in the heat and ensuring safety while removing outdated equipment was a real challenge. But, when I turned around and saw the largest nest I'd ever laid eyes on, I knew we had an uninvited tenant.
