This project was a delightful undertaking. We converted an existing sunroom into a spacious walk-in closet for a first-floor bedroom, complete with washer/dryer hookups and a beautifully rustic mudroom/pantry. Our team started by replacing the existing vinyl siding with LP Smartsiding board and batten, painted a rustic red, along with two new sets of stairs and a rustic wood deck/handrail that leads up to the mudroom/pantry. Once inside the mudroom, you'll find two custom knotty alder benches with matching cabinets and a complementary accent wall complete with a microwave and bar sink. The floors in this area showcase repurposed floor joists from the old Caneyville High School, milled into 3/4" tounge & groove flooring. After thoroughly staining and sealing the floor we added our final touches with a rustic white bead board as another accent wall. Adaptive craftsmanship is one of our greatest skills.

On this project, we successfully transformed an unfinished basement into a fully finished space. Upon completion, the basement featured one bedroom, a gym room, a kids' toy storage room, a guest bathroom with tile surround, a dog wash room with utility sink, and a spacious family room equipped with a custom-built entertainment system ideal for family movie nights or sports events. We are delighted with the final outcome.

This bathroom features a range of high-end amenities, including floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile, a comfortable 5' x 5' shower with an envelope pan, tileable drain, bodysprayers, rain head, spray wand, and shower head that can be used in unison, a custom floating vanity with a leathered granite countertop and vessel sinks, a lighted niche, a heated/self-cleaning/tankless/auto-open/close bidet toilet, and much more. Before photos are provided, but we will let the afters speak for themselves.

Project on Main part 2: We installed some antique rod iron fencing, picked by our customers, on this beautiful retaining wall with the landscaping done by Milby. Our customers also picked up this vintage blue-toned hardwood that we installed on the front porch ceiling with custom screened in sides with black walnut framing.

Project on Main part 1: We finished this kitchen early last year. Walters Cabinets, Inc. knocked these cabinets and countertops out of the park for our customers. We removed some engineered hardwood flooring, refinished the orginal hardwood floors underneath, installed backsplash and much more. However, we think the faux copper ceiling and our custom faux-finish accent beadboard walls really tie this kitchen together.

The highlight of this bathroom renovation is a 4' x 5' curbless tiled shower (18" wider than the old shower). Completed with a tiled linear drain, four body sprayers, spray wand, a rain shower head, floating quartz bench, and a 4ft wide niche. Not to mention how slick this Aria Vent flush vent looks!
