Wow, what a transformation!

Penn State Health Hampden Campus- Enola, PA (Asphalt Emulsion Sealcoating, Crack Filling, Line Painting)

At just shy of 500,000 sq ft, Penn State Hampden was one of our largest jobs to date. The freshly sealed parking lot combined with a state of the art building and scenic backdrop make for a spectacular finished product.

This project was mostly completed over the course of two weeks in order for the hospital to remain fully operational throughout the process. We will always accommodate our customers’ requests for scheduling work so there is minimal interruption to the flow of daily operations.

Between dodging raindrops, excessive heat warnings and flash floods, we did manage to get SOME work done over the past two weeks! This weather has been crazy lately!

With all the rain in May, we’ve been a little behind schedule, but what a great project to kick off the sealcoating season! We completed this job in Schnecksville, PA last week. 130,000 sq ft of asphalt emulsion sealcoating, over 15,000 linear feet of crack repair and LOTS of traffic paint. Turned out amazing. What do you think?

11 straight days of rain to end September = 16 straight days of work to start October…

We are so thankful for a dependable and highly motivated team that knows what it takes and what’s at stake this time of year (especially when the rain puts us behind schedule). Now that we’re caught up, we can share some photos of what we’ve been up to so far this month!

Did you know that we always do our best to work around YOUR schedule? So when a customer needed some of their parking lines freshened up, and one of the only days of the year they’re closed is July 4th, we were happy to accommodate! Have a safe and happy Independence Day everyone!

It’s that busy time of year again for us! So busy, it slipped our mind to share what we’ve been up to! Check out one of our projects we completed in Schnecksville, PA a couple weeks ago.

Asphalt emulsion sealcoating 179,000 square feet, 2,000+ linear feet of crack filling, line painting 400+ parking spaces and many directional arrows. Great job team!!!
