Checked in on the progress of this small studio addition that I wired up months ago. Its nice to see all the tradesmen work together to make this install go as smooth as possible. In the third picture I used an Arlington FR420F REV Stucco Box W/Flange for all outside light boxes. All outside receptical boxes I used adjustable boxes and quickflash 1 3/8” box flashing E-SGB-C 1 3/8” @ Elk Grove, California

Work in progress on this 1800 square foot house. I have a new helper now, so I can take on bigger projects compared to working by yourself. This house has some areas which has vaulted ceilings. It will make work a little harder since I have to avoid using that space. Both main and sub panel will also be replaced soon. @ Walnut Creek, California

Finishing up rough stages for this project. Scope and insurance only called for 2 bedrooms and garage to be rewired. All of the home run wires have been burned due to fire, as well as most of the existing wiring is not up to code and has major violations such as hidden junction boxes and exposed conductors. I will be writing up a report to submit to insurance adjuster of what will need to be corrected before we can call for final inspection. @ Martinez, California

This beautiful home almost ready for final inspection. This house was a partial rebuild; mainly the kitchen and living room was replaced while everything else was upgraded after a fire burned half the house down. @ San Ramon, California

First time installing and I like the esthetics of the light but I feel like there isn’t enough lumens as a primary lighting option. In this case we decided that a third row should produce enough lighting for this kitchen. Thanks for following and have a great weekend 😁 @ Lafayette, California

Had the privilege of working on this beautiful house but now it’s time to part ways. It was a lot of hard work, but seeing the finishing pieces come together is worth it all. @ Lafayette, California

Late night service call due to flickering lights and heater not working. This main panel came dangerously close to starting a fire and the homeowner was lucky it was just a couple melted breakers rather than his home. Next step is to pull permits and replace this main panel before more damage is done. @ North Highlands, California

First 2 pictures are of a main panel reconnect after being temporarily disconnected for safety precautions. Pictures 3 - 6 are of a main panel that was left open in the rain and most of the breakers were soaked. I was able to dry up most of the moisture and ended up replacing one 15A Combination AFCI. Water and electricity do not mix so don’t forget to close your electrical panels. @ Placerville, California

200 amp panel step by step installation. Which panel do you guys prefer; Siemens or Square D and why? I like both of them but I prefer Square D because it gives more room to work with and they have plug on AFCI breakers. Murray panels is easier to find since almost all supply stores and Home Depot carry them. @ Oak Park, Sacramento, California

Swipe left to see my progress on this kitchen renovation. I recommended to the homeowner that he goes with for his vaulted ceiling, but he chose to go with a track light instead. I like to keep my work environment clean at all times to keep a sterile work environment and to help me focus on planning. Next step is to pass rough inspection and prepare for final. @ Lafayette, California

Found this video on my phone from when I used to backstab switches and outlets. I have installed it this way hundreds of times due to GC rushing everyone and not caring about quality. I haven’t had an issue until I have tried to backstab this brand new switch and the wire kept popping out and I’m sure if I left it like that, it would have burned up in the switch. Ever since I have always wrapped around the screw to get a solid mechanical connection.
