We had a Simply Safe doorbell installed. It matches our Simply Safe security system. We hired a doorbell specialist, an electrician, to install it. Components of the doorbell include the doorbell/camera, the chimes, the transformer and the wiring. The chime is on the inside of the house, but but the transformer is in the attic, so it could be hard to find. We couldn’t find the original transformer, so we installed a new one.

We are renovating our current house. We’re pretty much touching every surface inside and out of the house. No structural work is being done. Even though we’re living in our project, we didn’t move in until the floors, painting, running water, and countertops were done.

We sold Tammy’s home with no hiccups. It is a buyer’s market, however, and the buyer made their demands known. We complied to make for a smoother transaction. It all worked out well. Thanks to our agent and title company associate, who were key to the transaction success. One key to maximizing our profit was knowing our market on what and what not to renovate.

We are renovating Tammy’s house for sale. Many repairs being done before the house goes on the market. The roof is being cleaned, repaired and certified. Windows are being repaired, kitchen counters redone, main bathroom new shower door/shower tile recaulked and sealed/floor tiles cleaned and sealed, a closet is being added to a room to make a bedroom, the hall bathroom tub reglazed, landscaping refreshed.

We just got our tub and tile reglazed. Looks super nice!
