Neighborhood reconstruct August 2022

It’s almost Thanksgiving. The ground is covered in snow. Time to reflect on another great season.
Thank you to all the North Valley employees who work so hard to create such high quality paving.

North Valley would again like to congratulate Brad and Sharon on their retirement and on the sale of North Valley today.
As of today, Jeff Wunderlich and Les Bloom will be the new owners of North Valley Inc. They look forward to continuing the legacy that Brad has left them and to continuing the relationships they have built with their valued employees and with their partners in the construction community.

Brad Schmidtbauer founded North Valley Inc. in the spring of 1998. Since then he has built a strong and successful company that has grown to around 50 employees. Not only is North Valley successful, they operate with integrity in everything they do from creating the highest quality roads to treating their employees with respect and care.

It has been a honor and a pleasure to work for and learn from Brad for the last 23 years. Brad has always said that his employees were important to him, and he has consistently lived that out throughout the years.

It is with deep sadness, that we announce that Brad is retiring today. He has led the company well and it is time to start his adventure. Although he’s not sure what that is yet, we know that Sharon will help guide him in a direction.

Brad would not let us celebrate his retirement, so we say this as best we can. It has been a true honor to work for you and with you, but most of all to be your friends.
