This one started with a plumbing leak behind an exterior basement wall.

We came in, opened it up, mitigated the moisture properly, and made sure everything was fully dried out before rebuilding.

After that, we reframed the section, insulated, installed v***r barrier, and finished the wall back to clean.

A lot of people only see the drywall repair — but the important part is what happens before that.

Leak → mitigation → dry-out → rebuild.

This chimney was on its way down.

The structure had deteriorated to the point where it was becoming a safety concern — not just for the home, but for anyone around it.

Instead of waiting for gravity to make the decision, we safely removed the failing masonry chimney and installed a properly supported B-vent system.

Prevention is always cheaper than emergency repair.

This room looked fine from the outside.
But once we opened it up, hidden moisture was trapped behind the wall.

If moisture isn’t properly dried and mitigated, it can quietly cause:
