What You’ll Do:
✔ Communicate daily with our Project Manager
✔ Lead a crew of up to 4 carpenters
✔ Build decks and covered decks
✔ Utilize hand, power, and air tools to complete high-quality projects
✔ Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met

What We’re Looking For:
🔨 Proven experience in residential construction, deck building, and framing
🔨 Strong knowledge of materials, terminology, and safety standards
🔨 Ability to read blueprints and operate power tools safely
🔨 Excellent time management and leadership skills
🔨 Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
🔨 Your own basic carpentry tools
