Are there others who are living with autoimmune diseases? About 13 years ago, I found myself struggling with persistent illness, fatigue, and unexplained weight loss, which made daily life a significant challenge. After extensive medical testing, I received a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and was also tested for Lyme disease, which showed a low-positive result. This diagnosis was a turning point, and I began exploring alternative approaches to manage my condition. Over the years, I have experimented with various diets, cleanses, and herbal supplements, which have yielded mixed results. However, I have discovered that prioritizing rest, minimizing stress, and maintaining a balanced diet greatly reduces my symptoms. Certain natural substances, such as elderberry syrup, can have adverse effects, and I have learned to be mindful of my sugar intake. I share my story to provide insight into the journey that has shaped my knowledge of alternative medicine. While it can be difficult to manage my condition, I have come to appreciate the importance of finding balance. I believe that a comprehensive approach to healthcare, incorporating both modern medicine and alternative therapies, is essential. When I recently experienced a case of shingles on my face, I turned to herbal remedies, which proved effective in treating my symptoms. A blend of herbs I took in capsules and my rose gold salve along with a tallow balm my sweet friend Eden made I have had zero scaring. Not meant to treat any diseases just a little about me and what I’ve found that helped. Have a blessed day! ❤️
