Reasonable price
We hired Jimmy and his team (Superior Image Contracting) for a project last year that required permits and multiple inspections, and we were extremely impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of his crew. We passed every inspection with flying colors.
Jimmy is a straight shooter, easy to work with, and someone we trusted throughout the process. We have had some pretty bad experiences with contractors in the past, so we're not quick to hand out praise. This was not our first rodeo. One thing we especially appreciated was that he was always thinking of ways to improve the project, but there was never any pressure. He regularly suggested ideas and enhancements we would not have considered ourselves, and more often than not, he was right. His suggestions were always presented as options, never as upsells. It's also clear that he genuinely cares about his work and getting things done right. He's a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a contractor.
Just as important, Jimmy stood behind his work. If a question came up or something needed attention after the project was completed, he addressed it. He didn't disappear once the job was done. He followed through on his commitments and was true to his word.
Jimmy has completed projects on several homes in our neighborhood, and in a neighborhood where word-of-mouth matters and people tend to be particular about who they hire, that says a lot. Knowing he had worked on other nearby homes gave us additional confidence going in.
We would not hesitate to recommend Superior Image Contracting
