Upfront Garage Doors LLC is hiring a laborer/trainee that is ready to grow with a small, family-owned business in the Kittitas Valley! This position starts with hourly pay but can/will switch to piece-rate or commission when training is complete and you're in your own company vehicle.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding career choice where you will learn about low voltage electrical wiring, framing (post/stick/block/steel/etc.), equipment operation (forklift, scissor lift, sq**rt boom, etc.) and proper material/equipment transportation practices.

The right candidate will:
-Be 18 or older
-Have a valid driver's license
-Be able to lift 100lbs
-Be comfortable on a ladder/scissor lift
-Be able to read tape measure
-A good attitude and willingness to work

Pay starts at $18/hr; The right candidate will be at $20/hr+ within 90 days and piece-rate/commission (unlimited earning potential) within 6 months.

The garage door industry as a whole is experiencing extended lead times and increased materials costs at a much more rapid pace than comparable trades.

We order our materials directly from the manufacturer's distribution center and give our clients an estimated lead time based on what the manufacturer is seeing. We do not manufacture/produce/make garage doors from raw material; We only supply and install products that are purchased from the manufacturing plant.

We feel it is important to express our understanding and willingness to work with our clients to insure prompt service, while also explaining that lead times and material availability is out of our control. Your materials are not being used at other jobs, nor have you been forgotten about or "Put on the back burner".

Customer satisfaction and community reputation is very important here at Upfront Garage Doors LLC and we are doing our best in these uncertain times to provide quality products and service at a fair price. If you are waiting for doors: You are not alone...If you're in the market for new doors we suggest you place your order atleast 3 months in advance.
