Daffodils and hellebores are ready to pick!
It's still early so it's a small amount right now but more open every day.
U-pick hours: Any daylight hours
Price is $0.75 per stem or $8/dozen stems.
Payment can be in cash, Venmo, or Paypal.
Clippers, paper cups, and flower preservative water are available for your use.
U-pick is self-serve.

While you can pick daffodils at any stage, picking them in the "goose-neck" stage will allow you to enjoy them for the longest vase life. The goose neck stage is just before they open, when the bud is hanging down.
Note: Daffodils produce a sap when cut that could cause skin irritation. Wear gloves if you have sensitive skin. Also, this sap can kill other flowers placed in the vase with them. To avoid this, allow daffodils to sit in water after cutting for several hours, and then they can be added to bouquets with other flowers. Just don't re-cut the stems.
