We're taking a look back at a house we constructed last year for our neighbors. The top of the wall in the living room kitchen area features 5ftx5ft windows, providing stunning views. However, the master bedroom, occupying the entire top floor, offers even more breathtaking views, directly overlooking the mountains. The interior framing has been completed and has passed the rough-in inspection. We are now ready to proceed with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations. Over the next week or two, our awesome subcontractors will arrive on site to complete these services. Once completed, we will move on to insulation, followed by drywall and trim work. We anticipate that this project will be completed within the next two months, allowing the homeowner move in to their beautiful new home.. We have also started work on another project, having begun the footers yesterday, and we are excited about completing multiple projects in North Georgia this year. Here we go again. Another new build going in the books, footers dug this week, steel was laid in ,we go for footer inspections and then concrete pour over the next couple days. This is a special one, can't wait to get framing on this.

We are nearing the completion of another project, which will soon undergo electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations. The interior framing is anticipated to be finalized within the next week.
