Never been a huge fan of vinyl siding but it sure does make a difference with this Dutch lap siding. This customer likes to jam out in his music house with his extensive collection of instruments. The bad news is old windows, no house wrap, old roof made moisture come in..now his beautiful collection has mold. I see a lot of cleaning in his future. However..the new windows, house wrap, proper insulation and new roof made a world of difference. Could hardly hear him tearing it up inside. Fun fact: the barn doors came from the full throttle saloon and the customer repainted them to their full glory. Call or message us today for free estimates. Darrell was asked to fix this mess of a grout job, he exceeded the home owners expectations. Nothing like chiseling off old grout from the stone but looks great considering. The stone placement (and lack of) drove Darrell nuts but the project was fix the grout.

We got to transform this (at one time) RV pole barn the the former owner made into a type of enclosure "house". Problem was, the floors were terribly uneven and not proper sub flooring. The windows were quite unique..like miniature sliding glass doors but did very little to keep moisture and rain out..which caused mildew and rot inside. The doors were hard to open due to moisture and uneven floors. We installed new flooring, windows, doors and new hardi board siding outside with tyvex. New insulation got out in and new wall panels going in the interior.. now they new owners have a dry and fresh place to throw a party or event. It been a busy few months! We did the removal of a very dangerous sky deck and for the life of us, never understood exactly how this thing was anchored in. For years we have seen this thing and avoided traveling on it at all costs. When Darrell was asked to remove it. .he got to see exactly why we avoided it. BUT! Our sweet neighbors got new poured slab back porch thanks to Jose concrete and Darrell got rid of the horrible prison spindles and added new wire rails and TREX decking
