Customer requested a complete update of their existing tub and shower combo to eliminate outdated finishes, specifically citing the aged tile, old-style trim, and wall paneling as visual elements they wanted removed. The remodel objective was to replace the original enclosure with a clean, seamless design that introduced a modern look while remaining easy to maintain. A standard-sized soaker tub was selected, along with an upgraded surround in a gray quartz pattern and matching wainscoting. The project also involved the removal of the original wood window sill and installation of a waterproof replacement. While no grab bar or seating was included, provisions were made to accommodate a toilet upgrade supplied by the customer.
