We are located 25 minutes from Acadia National Park in Ellsworth, Maine and are looking for both entry level and experienced irrigation installers, service techs and office staff who take pride in their work, value teamwork and customer satisfaction!
Pay varies with experience and knowledge but fresh starts are at $20/hr and goes up from there. You literally need nothing but a good attitude and strong work ethic, we will provide you with everything else including boots!Company vehicles for transportation to and from sites (some positions include take home vehicles), modern clean machines, paid time off, paid holidays are all part of joining our team!

We install mostly high end residential and commercial systems but also install golf irrigation, outdoor lighting, pumps and more all over the State. We have a multitude of projects this season and yes, we are already installing. Our season is generally March through December but some years we go year round! We have opportunities from running an excavator to running a shovel and everything in between, including an opening in the office. We have all of our own equipment from air compressors to excavators and take pride in our work. We’ve been in business for nearly 20 years and install, service and maintain anything from 1 zone systems to 400+ zone complex’s so you will have plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge and learn!

Beautiful area with plenty of outdoor recreation no matter if you like to hike, bike, boat, fish, atv, snowmobile, hunt … you name it you can do it here all within a short travel distance! Work hard play harder? This is the place!
Five day a week schedule (can usually do six if you want), time and half after 40, we rarely work less than 50 but it is not required, 4 10’s is perfectly fine and so is part time if that’s what you need / want. You can easily make $1100 a week starting at ground zero and it only goes up from there!
