2 years into the rehabilitation of this historic building 128 years old , we were able to bring it to life with our vision and our clients grit to move forward thru all the State & local government challenges that had to be worked thru in order to rebuild a structure of this kind .
Lots of paperwork,lots of labor & costs but at the end its a win win for the Town & is owner’s.
