If you have water lines near outside walls open the sink cabinet and let faucet drip the next 2 days. Do not set back your thermostat at night if you typically do at least for Saturday and Sunday.
Hot water heat is near the outside walls with the wind chill being -20 your pipes will freeze in an older home if it is set back and doesn’t come on for a few hours.

It has been very hot and today will be around 100 degrees. All the techs are tired please have patience with them and call early if you think you have an issue. Don’t wait till 3:30-4:00.
