Outside opposite of basement leak, we dug down and exposed foundation. Upon inspection I found that the same crack as inside was also outside. After crack was cleaned out and properly plugged and sealed, a membrane was applied to outside wall and sealed as to city code. We then backfilled the hole and regraded dirt for better drainage. The inside of basement was repaired and sealed, once sealer was cured I was able to reframe wall with 2x6 making wall stronger than previous. Including all new electrical work. Year later and still no leaks, again a very satisfied customer.

Pictures speak a thousand words, so let these pics speak to you. First picture is the wall I inspected and second picture is how I repaired and finished. My customer was very pleased. No shortcuts here, please remember if it sounds like a great deal it most likely isn't and you'll wind up paying more in the end.

This customer had someone come frame and drywall basement wall after he supposedly repaired a foundation crack. What he did was goop up the wall with several tubes of silicone. While framing wall with 2x4 studs he buried wall radiater and several live outlets. After having a bad smell coming from behind the wall and a constant leak after every rain. Customer asked me to inspect and repair correctly. See for yourselves, later I will post more detalied process.

Fresh coat of paint always makes anything look good, especially when you take pride in what you do.

Nothing like a fresh coat of paint to make a Main Entrance look like new.

Tired of looking at and old bathroom customer wanted something nice but didn't want to spend to much. I did what I could for under $3,000.00. Customer was very pleased with the outcome.
