Now all rotten wood gone reconstruction is resuming, week 7, this be a12x25 enlarge to a 25x25 kitchen with bells and whistles, cabinets go in next week, once all 48 units are assembled... $30k should been assembled.

Handyman needed fulltime, possibly 2 and a helper as well.

Must have valid driver licenses, your own work vehicle and have auto insurance.

Job can be sub-work, piece work or hourly.

Pay is per job, as we do not extend credit to customers, what does this mean? Means every 2 to 3 days we bill for draw or full payment, 90% of the time we pay our help that day we collect, no longer do we let customers go deep into our pockets.

We are a small operation, over the years my helper and I could had worked 24hrs a day non stop for the last 8yrs, getting is not a problem. You do your professionally and correctly, you never run out of work.

But me, my years over working are about over, as I've been contracting since 1986, I. Want 2, 2 man crews, that are knowledgeable in many trades, if understand square, level, plum, and perpendicular and can read tape measure and experience with most power tools I'm willing to teach what you may not know....
