Customer Problem: Condensate drain from the air conditioner coil was clogged, the water heater was corroded, the floor under water heater was soft and the customer dealt with hard water
No Pressure Home Solution: Cut out old soft subfloor & replace with new subfloor and laminate, install new electric water heater with pressure relief tank and a new digitally metered water softener and of course a new pvc condensate drain

Last week I made this post.

So my husband and I started thinking and we decided we wanted to BLESS others.

We took a window out of this bathroom to accommodate the new surround.
It’s not an easy task trying to match bricks from 1968. Our customer couldn’t be happier!

Day 1 of transformation.
We found water damaged floor joists that needed some extra attention. New subfloor is in and ready for next steps tomorrow. Stay tuned.
