New pipe install for the Allegheny Valley Trails Association in Emlenton. This pipe was originally not flowing water and planned to unclog it. After further digging it was found that the water crossing was 12’ deep from the trail. It was found that an old stone pipe was plugged solid 18’ in length. We were able to unclogged the pipe but made the recommendation to put all new pipe in so it could be serviced easily in the future years to come.
