I am sold out of all vegetable plants for this year. Thank you to everyone that made this year a success. My stained glass business is growing fast so I’m not sure if I will do plant sales again next year. I’ll probably make a decision on next year by the end of February.

The greenhouse is currently overflowing with tomatoes and peppers as I start to pot them up. Tomato and pepper sales will begin Mother’s Day weekend. As always don’t let these warm daytime temperatures fool you into planting too early. Next week we will be back into the 30s and 40s for nighttime temps still too cold. I always recommend waiting till Memorial Day weekend to plant warm season plants.

If you live in or near Lancaster and Dauphin counties you can sign up for the Adopt A Pantry program. I will post if I see Lehigh county added. I see several people every year wondering how to get rid of all the extra zucchini they grow. First day in the greenhouse for the tomatoes and peppers. Next week it might even be warm enough to keep them in the greenhouse overnight. Temps under 50 degrees will permanently stunt growth so still way too early for planting outdoors.

I have some stained glass for sale handmade by me. Pierogis are 24.00 each and mushroom plant stakes are 32.00 each. Mushroom plant stakes are available in silver or black solder finish. Local pick up in Emmaus PA. Mushrooms feature beautiful Youghiogheny yellow mottled glass.

I have 7 pet grasses available for $3.00 each. I’ll need to trim them in a day or two, they grow back fast.
