Help Wanted: Team Leader – Landscaping & Tree Service
A well-established and growing landscaping and tree service company serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey is seeking a reliable, experienced Team Leader to join our crew.
Based in Emmaus, PA, we take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example, manage a team efficiently, and ensure jobs are completed safely and professionally.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a crew on landscaping and tree service projects
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets company standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain safety protocols and proper use of equipment
Qualifications:
• Prior landscaping and/or tree service experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Bonus Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Additional certifications or specialized equipment experience
