We had a really fun time at the Sylvia smith class last Saturday! There were great trees worked on some brought and some purchased here. Also loaded up a few Ashe juniper for Howard and Sylvia that were my favorite size (large). I am also excited to see hopefully many of you at the first national tropical show in Houston.

Still slower getting things done out here this time of year then I would like with our crazy heat lots and lots of just watering and moving trees around to make sure they’re alive but also I’ve had some time to finish and start some fun Ashe Juniper work and w**d the field grown trees. I will be up in Chicago the 14th 15th and 16th of August if anyone is up there and are looking for tree trees please let me know. Also, we still have space available for the Sylvia Smith class August 22 out here on the farm.

I have another great class here at the farm with Sylvia Smith august 22nd from 10-4. This class will be 100$ and include lunch you are welcome to bring a tree or purchase one. August is a great time to work on junipers deciduous trees and tropical. whether its initial styling help or continuing the development of a more refined tree, this work shop is for you. Sylvia is familiar and has worked extensively on almost all of our local tree species for bonsai as well as a variety of tropical and conifer species. please sign up through the website if you can.
