We recently did a job for a Ranch in Emory, Tx. we started with a simple leak we repaired in a VERY small space and fixed it for him and he got full pressure and had leak after leak. After we would get full pressure, because whoever decided to pipe in that house used,
M copper for pressure.
That is for condensation lines only (USE TYPE L or TYPE K for pressure)
Anyways, we proceeded to repipe the house in pex pipe using most of the fittings I already had he had to go buy a couple. At the end he gave me around $300 for a re-pipe of all under the house, along with a top out and replacement of 2 fixtures......HE FLAT OUT REFUSED AND IS STILL REFUSING TO PAY THE REMAINDER AMOUNT OF $935 AND I GAVE HIM ONE HELL OF A NEIGHBORLY DEAL AS IT IS.......IF YOU FEEL I OVERCHARGED THIS GUY PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT AND AN ANGRY FACE IF YOU BELIEVE I WAS REASONABLE WITH THE CLIENT PLEASE HIT THE THUMBS UP BUTTON........THANK YOU GUYS THIS POST IS ONLY TO MAKE SURE WE ARE PROVIDING THE KIND OF SERVICE A CUSTOMER WOULD BE HAPPY WITH
