There is a BIG difference between draining your hot tub and winterizing it. These poor folks shut their tub off and then drained it thinking that would winterize it. Most hot tubs will retain some water in the lower plumbing and pumps, this then freezes and will cause extensive damage. For questions on getting your tub shut down for the winter give us a call.
