Stop hiring these idiots. Contracts have rules governed by laws of the state. Both parties have responsibilities. Yes, clients not paying isn’t ok, but the laws should be followed. I know contractors don’t wanna wait for the lien process to take its course, but sorry that’s the game that we play. Get progress payments stop the work if you’ve got a bad client.
