I love the making and creating part of being my own boss, but the admin stuff? Not so much! Now, if only Lucy could type... πŸ’»πŸΎ

Thankfully, the "office" views make up for it. Tackling the computer work is a whole lot easier when I'm in my favorite chair, coffee in my favorite mug, and my 4-legged assistant by my side.

Thanks for all your input on the Fall sweatshirts.

I am currently test-stitching these two designs to make sure every detail comes out absolutely perfect. If all goes as planned, pre-orders will officially open this week!

Alternate colors will be available and the skeleton will have an optional PG-rated saying.

This is a bit different from my usual posts, but I promise it is worth the read.

You usually see pictures of my lush plants, but this has been one of the toughest years in my gardening life. There is a beautiful lesson hidden in the mess though. 🌱✨

This season completely got away from me. It started with a very late seed-starting date. Then I failed to stake my tomatoes, the deer ate them twice, and life happened.

Looking at the garden now, it is easy to see a chaotic, overgrown mess. The w**ds won. For a while, it felt like a total failure.

Then I realized something important. When you find yourself "in the w**ds," your first instinct is to force order back into the chaos. But you do not always need to w**d your garden right away. Sometimes, you just need to look underneath.

When I dug through the tangled mess, I found quiet, beautiful growth. Huge tomatoes are thriving right under the mess. They prove that life still finds a way to produce good things, even when the surface looks crazy.

If you feel overwhelmed by a chaotic season right now, give yourself grace. You do not have to fix everything right away. Look a little closer. There is still good quietly growing underneath. You just need to take a moment to discover it. πŸ…πŸ’š

I "accidentally" (complete fib) ended up with 50 pounds of peaches and now I am knee-deep in pits and sugar.
