This is how we work:
Select a style of turf
-When selecting turf there are two different factors that you
want to take into account.
-First is the pile length. Pile length refers to how tall the
individual threads of turf stand from the base.
-Second is the weight of the turf. Weight refers to how much
material there is per square foot of turf. Typically the higher
the weight, the more “realistic” the turf will feel and look.
It is important to note that different types of turf are better
suited for different situations. For example, a shorter pile
length will be better suited for yards that have frequent pet
traffic, such as a dog run or a back yard. A longer pile
length may be more suited for a lower traffic area. With that
being said, personal preference also needs to be accounted
for.
Order online or by phone
-We are more than happy to answer any questions you have
by either way of communication.
-When the order is filled, an invoice will be sent via email.
-We will then cut the turf to your specific length and have it
ready for pick up.
-If in stock, turf can be picked up within 48 hours of the
purchase date. However, you can always select a future
date and time that you would prefer instead.
Pick up your turf
-We have a forklift to load it into your trailer or truck, so no
need to bring extra “man power” on the pick up date.
-Picking up your turf should take between 5-15 minutes
depending on how many different cuts you ordered.
