We are a family-owned and operated general contractor proudly serving our community since 2017. What started as flipping houses has grown into a full-service business offering roof replacements, siding, decks, demolition, and more.
Owned and operated by Joe and Jessica Schigur, our company is built on hard work, honesty, and treating every job like it’s our own home. Our family is hands-on—our sons, Joe Jr. (22) and Aiden (15), are part of the crew, and you may even see our daughter Autumn helping when she’s home from grad school (she’s currently working toward her Doctorate of Physical Therapy!).
