Take a moment to laugh at my expense! This video is funny but underlying the humor is my sense of passion for growing a successful HVAC company the right way and with all of my being. The dream for Rankin Heating and Air is being a company people know they can trust. Yeah, the money can be nice, but I know our customers are our number one concern. But getting away from the serious part, I do look kinda funny doing this. 🤣

I think there needs to be a point in time that a business owner makes this argument because so many people have lost their way. There is a collective argument of people who say that you have to maintain a certain ticket average to prove whether you are a good technician. I can speak specifically for myself that my ticket average is lower than most technicians but my customers trust me more. If I truly believe God is going to take care of me, I would never try to find a slight way to make some extra coin off of a customer. I believe in Christ and His plan for me. If that makes me wrong in the end, so be it. But I will not screw another person over so that I can feel more financially comfortable. I will always take care of my customer so that they will eventually take care of me.
