Love the glass that Meridian Glass Inc. did on this one! Because of the prefabricated shower pan and simplistic design, we were able to set all the tile in 1 day with the exception of the tile on the side of the bench because we were short 1 tile. (Finished the next day with speed set and grouted)

Busy day! Got the final inspection completed for adding a bedroom in Tehaleh, tiled a floor at a hotel in Buckley, installed a door that needed to be cut to fit in Enumclaw (not pictured), working on tiling a shower in south hill, and still need to make some trips to the dump!

Toddlers be toddling🤭 I was already working at this house and the homeowner asked me to look at this door since it wasn’t closing right. When she mentioned that her toddler put her husband’s wedding ring in the slot for the door latch, I got excited to retrieve it! It’ll also make a great Father’s Day surprise! I also rehung the door and it closes great now.

Bedrooms require 8 square feet of egress! We took out a small window and cut the concrete wall to add a larger casement window to have a legal bedroom; which we added to this basement to convert it into an ADU unit
