All the long hours in the cold… zillion calculations and patterns… You’re keen eye for the smallest detail… You’re willingness to take the time to preserve the little things that make our home unique… Your laughter, joyful approach to job… The real time communication and follow up. The warmth and kindness you showed to us… A phone call to your friend Joe to keep me with my big red (truck) dilemma… Stepping in as “technical support” when Nick needed help with the damn Apple box and computer. The ride to big red remote parking spot in coming back to check on me… Are things beyond the scope of typical contractor duties. But then you are not a typical contractor. You are a very good human. Your attention to detail, artistic approach and meticulous craftsmanship our apparent and greatly appreciated! You, Neil are an expert craftsman solid businessman and a very good human. Thank you and please extend our thanks to your mom and dad for raising an outstanding son.
