Lots of pics loading ❗️❗️ Inside and out on this beauty. Completed all interior trim work/kitchen on this home. Square stock trim with a beefed up 5/4 header gives this a farmhouse feel. White oak floor and treads throughout the first floor. On the exterior we installed classic vinyl siding throughout and board and batten on a few walls to give the building some nice accents. Frame to finish we did it all on this big home. Thank you to the homeowner for the work! On to the next BIG one in Northwood.

42x32 coming at ya 💥 This garage is 42 wide by 32 deep with a 8’ lean-to off the side. 10’ studs with a massive 18x32 room above with a full staircase to utilize all the space in this beauty. The cupola makes this one pop. Metal roof and custom color windows on order ✅ and we are out of here for now.

Did it all on this one and she’ll be ready for her new owners in no time.
Now we head outside to frame a garage 😎

Back to this duplex and we did a little bit of everything. Railings on the deck with a massive set of stairs (yes we know there’s no railings on the stairs). Headed inside we installed the kitchens, vanities and all interior trim work. Onto the next! 🔨

Spring has sprung! Finally!
This home is a beauty. 9’ stud height on the first floor with massive open concept makes it feel enormous. A whole first floor ‘master wing’ includes a walk in closet and its own bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk in shower. Two more bedrooms upstairs as well. A 3 stall oversized 36x30 garage gives plenty of shop space AND a bonus room above that is accessible through the second floor 👌🏼

Another garage, another metal ceiling and another finished off kitchen. Charcoal gray and black metal ceiling in the garage space to make the cathedral trusses pop. Walk through the opening and you have a full bar/kitchen lounge area. Pine ceilings, fir beams, tile flooring and a custom kitchen with granite tops..…This is where we’ll be watching the Pats win the Super Bowl next year 🏆

Metal ceiling, kitchen cabinets, window trim and baseboard! A little bit of everything on this garage/ADU we built earlier in 2025. Some interior doors and a few finishing touches and this is ready to move in! 🔑 🏠

44x60 coming at ya! Yes I know we haven’t posted since last year, but YES we have been working in between snow/sleet storms 😂
This 44x60 is attached to the original shop. Owner was running out of room so we added this beauty. Full 16’ studs with a 5’ cathedral peak at the middle giving him plenty of height to work on just about anything. We have 2 projects going right now so keep an eye out for updates 🔨
