If you live in the city in the area that stretches from Parade Street to Bird Drive from East 18th Street to Belle Valley, you qualify for our annual Zone Specific Pricing. Which means that pricing on mulch, flower bed restoration, planting, pressure washing and more is all offered, in that zone, at a deeply discounted rate.

A couple reasons we are able to do this each year:

1. Our headquarters is located in Zone One (on Fairmount Parkway).
2. By concentrating sites within this designated zone, we can move materials and manpower quickly and more efficiently thus reducing the end cost to our clients.

I have a couple things to announce.....

1. THE 2024 SPRING/SUMMER SEASON AND BOOKING HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN FOR THE BUSINESS!!!!

2. We will continue rolling out new residential and commercial services that will be added to those we have provided in years past.

3. To get on our schedule for your spring yard cleanup and/or mulch, PLEASE INBOX OR CALL IMMEDIATELY!!! We have around 100 slots available and, while that may seem like a lot, those will be gone FAST!!!

4. Scheduling for exterior cleaning like pressure washing and surface cleaning has also kicked off. Get those free estimates requested and deposits in ASAP!!! I'm pushing to add 3 or 4 dedicated new team members just for this part of what we do. So the more people who book to have their homes, sidewalks, driveways etc. pressure washed this season, the more job opportunities we can provide to the community.

5. On behalf of my entire team, I want to personally thank all of the people who are flooding my phone, inbox, email etc. and returning back as loyal customers yet again. Please be patient as I get back into the saddle and streamline our booking process for another outstanding season.
