The most tiny details can make a big difference over time...

While caulking in painted baseboards is crucial, it is important to do that BEFORE painting or the exposed caulk will yellow and collect dust leaving baseboards that look painted decades ago rather than months

Luckily the customer still had leftover trim paint so a quick scrub down and coat OVER the caulking should get this house looking new again
