This shower wasn’t a simple remodel — it was a rescue mission.
I was brought in by Back Bay Campground & Cottages after the original installation failed, and the safest choice was to tear out the work and rebuild it properly from the ground up.

Not every project starts the way we hope, but the right approach always ends with a safe, waterproof, and beautiful result. Grateful for the trust to make this space right.

Our ideal candidate is a tenured tradesperson with experience in carpentry, structural framing, general knowledge of 2024 IBC, familiarity with modern bathroom waterproofing systems, tile setting, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Competitive wages ($32+ per hour depending on experience)
• All tools and equipment provided

• Per diem pay plus bonus for any travel work

This project broke out all the stops for us. We ripped this one right down to the bare studs and gave the entire bathroom a structural overhaul before finishing.
