For all you who own central units that are Heat Pumps check the top of unit to make sure it’s not covered with ice, if fan motor is running and fan shroud is full of ice it can damage unit..Just a little heads up to check that out it could save you a lot of money in repairs!!

Spring time is a great time to get your flower beds, pools, and yard in good shape for summer..It’s also a great time to get those HVAC units ready for summer as well, get those coils cleaned, motors and compressors checked, add Freon if needed and make sure all ductwork is attached properly free of holes and that everything is nice and insulated.Making sure all these things are done not only keeps you cool on those hot days it also helps keep your equipment running efficiently and even saving money on your electric bills this summer.So give us a call at 931-289-9075.
