The electrical work got finished up last week at the basement remodel job. So this week I've been back there insulating and hanging drywall. Hoping by beginning of next week I'll be mudding everything. So hopefully by the end of that week I'll be installing the flooring and trim. Yes I know it looks like a mess down there but theres alot of stuff that was lefted down there so having to work around that or move it. So it looks a little messy at the moment.

Well last week why the electrical work was being done at the basement remodel I went and helped a contractor I know set trusses. I'll attach pics for that one. I also went and helped the same contractor frame and set walls on another job. I also went and helped another contractor set trusses on a garage and sheet it. I also went and installed some storm doors on another home owners place. Only other thing I did was a 32 square roof that I partnered with a buddy. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics of most of it though. But heres pics of the trusses we set.

So this is what the job i started today looks like now. Gonna be tearing down all the walls and framing up new ones in different locations to make a family and play room. Will be putting in a bedroom. Framing out walls all along the concrete walls , insulating them and drywalling every thing. Will be framing a room for a bathroom down the road. Will be doing the flooring and trim work as well. Oh and framing walls and little closet around and under the stairs. Ill try to post pics of it finished as soon as I'm done.

Well the home owner for the garage wanted to put some different siding up on the house in the porch area. So I went and did that today. It came out looking good even with the old green siding. Hes picking away at it slowly but surely he's fixing up his house.

Well come Monday I'll be starting a basement remodel. Gonna have to remove stuff thats up and frame out all the walls. Gonna frame all concrete walls out and insulate. Will have few walls put up to section it off a family and play room. Ill also be putting a bedroom down there and storage room. Cant wait to see it finished. Will try and post pics as I go.

Finished out a basement room. The whole roomed basically looked like the first 2 pics. I'm also doing the laundry room down there in few weeks when plumbing is done. I finished up sanding it today. Originally they where gonna paint it but now they dont have the time so I'm gonna do that this weekend if not sooner. So when have finished pics I'll post them as soon as I can.

Had to tear down a rotten garage and build her back up. I didn't want to put the old siding back up but between the budget and home owners wanting it to match rest of the house not much I could do. I did everything except my buddy came for couple hours and put the sheeting on the roof for me why I was sick. I just had to fix the ends in front of garage cause he didn't put a over hang for the eve. He also did the torch down roofing cause I've never done it before. I helped a little but he did most of it. I did all the flashing up there and everything else that was done with the garage though. But he did help me out so gotta give credit where credit is do. It came out good except the old siding just kinda makes it look bad.
