Are you running directly into batch tanks with now flow regulation(restrictor) you might be overflowing the doser specifications and putting extra wear on your injectors. Regulating flow ensures that Dosatrons function within their operating ranges. Use outside of the operating range can lead to premature seal wear and limit performance consistency. Wear on units and seals can be repaired using injection seal kits, bell housing orings, and piston wear parts. Flow restrictors can also help to keep flows within a safe operating range. We carry all your repair parts and kits for your dosers !!

Undercanopy lighting is it worth the cost. When we say cost it is not just the cost of the fixture itself. Anytime you are adding light, heat, power to a room how is that overall going to affect the room and the environment not just the yield. With a new heat load in the sub canopy how do we control that heat? How do we get that additional air movement to not create a new microclimate? With try plant now producing a larger load do we have enough environmental controls to keep up with an increase in transportation? Do I really need such a strong top light if I have supplemental light in the under canopy? Are we really looking for so much light or should we be utilizing undercanopy lights to get an even distribution throughout the canopy levels?
There is no doubt that undercanopy lights have a benefit, but need to be used/applied for uniformity in your lighting strategy!
