We’ve gotten asked what we look for in any potential house we want to flip!
Here is the three things we look for in a flip.
We look at the price, location and condition of the property.
The biggest thing we are looking at when picking the right flip is, the ARV of the property and that it doesn’t need to much money in, when the return wouldn’t be beneficial.

We love a trashy home, in the right location, with a killer ARV!
