This project was for the Dunlap family in Colton, OR. It's is a 24 x 56 patio cover and kitchen. Along with a new 13ft wide glass bi-fold door replacing a 6ft door and two side windows. This also meant removing the entire back roof and tying into the house. Beautiful project. Retaining walls, paver patio, new lawn and landscaping by LBD Landscaping

Here is a recent kitchen remodel. Customers were on a budget, so we saved the stove, dishwasher and microwave and we used Parr cabinet outlet cabinets. We demoed an 'L' shaped non bearing wall and soffits. This really opened the kitchen up to the dining & living rooms. Higher end quartz and tile.
