Wow, so many folks braved the heat today for Estacada Farmers Market! 💙Loved sending customers home with our pasture-raised eggs, beautiful chemical-free apples, heirloom tomatoes, petite zucchini and hot and sweet peppers. 😍
We went home with just a few things, so tomorrow, I’m pickling Caribe pepper slices and canning applesauce and apple pie filling. Will be available in very small quantities in future markets (if we don’t eat them all ourselves first!).
