When your work turns into what looks like a Christmas card it get so much more rewarding. This 16x28 foot carport came out exactly as planned. With a pvc and vinyl wrapping, it’s low maintenance and creates a clean look to tie into the existing front porch we built in the past

2025 was a year full of trials and tribulations. Learning how to really manage more than just myself working on a job site, but also the chance to provide friends opportunities when other doors werent open for them at that time. With those opportunities came the opportunity for me to teach men skills they’ll carry for life, into home ownership and beyond. 2025 brought the ability to buy a new truck and pass big Bertha down. Here’s to 2026, more opportunities, more trials and tribulations and hopefully more growth, success and transformation to turn houses into homes. Cheers 🥂🍻

On this day we thank those who have served. Home of the free, because of the brave including two of our own. We celebrate Veterans Day today with gratitude towards my father, Jeff, and our newest addition to Payne Brothers Contracting, contractor in training Marcel along with all others who have served.

I don’t always forget to take pictures, but when I do it’s generally the before ones 🤷🏻‍♂️ not all basement finishes have to cost tens of thousands of dollars, but a nicely painted ceiling certainly helps cut cost

As the season gets spooky, so do the bathrooms. The reigns were lifted on this bad boy, a simple “dream board” was all we needed to make this dark and moody yet, relaxing, bathroom come to fruition. Why go to a spa when you can have a spa at home?

A statement piece to say the least, this custom painted copper base cast iron tub came in at a whopping 452 pounds, something expected when it’s 6 feet in length. The window came in clutch as going through it was the only way this tub was able to be placed in this Wednesday Addams style bathroom. 👻🍁🎃
