Brian came to us when he was 21 and is celebrating a total of 16 years of working with us. He is an assistant manager to Ryan Lanz, our Sacramento field office manager, and works alongside his high school friend Mike. Ryan speaks highly of Brian and says he's worked his way up to management by being self-motivated and taking the initiative. Brian likes involvement with his projects from start to finish. This photo shows him adjusting the door hinges at The Strand in Sacramento.

Brian has coached his daughter's softball team for the last six years. His six-year-old son plays baseball. So, when he's not spending the weekends with sporting events, he likes to take his wife on trips and go hunting. His three-year-old son also keeps him busy.

FEBRUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH | Lisbeth Alejandra

Lisbeth left her homeland of Guatemala three years ago to join her extended family here. When asked about her favorite thing about her job, she says operating the staple gun. Her team members really appreciate her ability to jump in where needed. On weekends she relaxes with her family. She's pictured on the right with her crew, Matt, Jose, and Andre.

FEBRUARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH | Chuck Caudill

You'll often find Chuck driving a forklift delivering inventory items to the Frameless build division. Chuck celebrated five years at Lanz on February 4, but he has been doing this type of job his whole life. Both of his sons and his daughter-in-law have worked for Lanz. On weekends he and his wife head to the coast or hang out at home with the three grandkids.
