Plumbing Instructor Position Open

Area III Plumbers JATC is currently seeking an enthusiastic Plumbing Instructor. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and contribute to the development of future plumbing professionals.

Responsibilities:

•Deliver engaging plumbing curriculum.
•Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations.
•Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
•Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
•Stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

•Valid Oregon plumbing license.
•Ability to teach and mentor students.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.

We had our first BBQ on the back patio yesterday. It was a bit windy and wet, but it was a great day celebrating our crew and enjoying each other! Crazy to see how much Tucker has grown! He no longer fits in the beer bucket, but loved eating the ice. 😂 He was also very confused on why everyone was on his and Grandma’s patio. 🤣 Happy Holidays from the Baxter Team!!

We were missing a couple of our crew, but had an impromptu lunch today. Costco chicken pot pie on the smoker with some shrimp on the side worked well as an appetizer to the long weekend. We are thankful for our crew, all of our customers that we have the privilege to serve, and all of our vendors we are lucky to work with. Happy Thanksgiving from Baxter Plumbing to all of you!! ❤️🦃🍗

Our plumber leaned through that small vent after drilling a larger hole in the wall to install a code approved frost free hose bib in an older building. It’s always amazing how something we think should be so simple, really takes a lot of effort and thought to complete. Great job!! 🚰👨‍🔧🪠

We’re still struggling with saying goodbye to Peanut, but Tucker has helped to fill the void and keep us busy. His antics over the last few weeks warm our hearts and keep us smiling. ♥️

Our namesake dog Baxter with Peanut. We lost baxter several years ago and unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Peanut last week. Our hearts are broken, but in the meantime we have the good fortune of watching our grand-dog Tucker during the day.

Who knows what’s next for the Baxter family. Stay tuned in the next year . . . in the meantime remember Baxter Plumbing is your Home’s best friend!
