Im loving the way this bed set came together. The clients wanted a bed with some flashy grain yet clean and simple design. We found some gorgeous western maple at and paired it with eastern maple for the nightstands. I think each piece is able to stand out in its own way and fits very well with this newly remodeled space that includes some pops of fun lighting fixtures and maple floors.

The remodel took quite a bit longer than expected so I have been waiting MONTHS to see everything come together. I'd say it was worth it 😉.

I finished up these two adorable nightstands awhile back. They're so I cute that I ended up making a slightly different version for my home . I'm hoping to get some more photos of them in their forever home along side the bed that I made with really stunning wood figure. I'll be sure to post some photos once that happens!

Your friendly local furniture maker here just dropping in to say hi 👋. This was a nice portrait from my photoshoot at . Peep the tripod floor lamp in the background. I've made several of those in a couple different wood types, though I haven't made any in years. I might have to change that 🤔.

I have a little space in my build schedule to squeeze one more project in before the end of the year. So let me know if you're interested. Otherwise, I'll be having fun making some prospective pieces and playing around with some wood.

The cut through leg detail on the top of the Nova Writing Desk was another way to play around with creating negative space in this furniture design. The space around the leg creates some visual interest and ties into a bit of an airy-ness that i was going for but it also allows for the solid wood table top to expand and contract with the changing of the seasons.
