Schoo Contracting is looking for a part to full-time tradesmen to do construction work. Applicant should have some kind of knowledge of carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, concrete, tile, siding, roofing, and be able to pick up and learn as needed for remodel and construction work. Person must have good people skills, able to work alone and stay on task, self motivated, hard-working and honest. Preferably someone who is clean-cut, and has basic hand tools and reliable transportation (truck or SUV) to haul material if needed. Applicant must be meticulous and take pride in work to do things right the first time. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and work ethic.
