Pineapple, jackfruit and Maradol papaya have all survived winter flushing out new growth for the summer. All grown here in Eureka. I have no idea how long I can keep the jackfruit for as a seasonal houseplant and as an outdoor plant for summer

Have you tasted finger limes before? How do you like to enjoy them? I've been mostly just snacking on them, tossing into vingarettes or into salads

Ice cream beans (inga edulis) are flushing out with new lush growth now that the weather is warming up in Humboldt. Since they're tropical trees grown in the rainforests of South America, they love the overnight light rains we get here.
I'm not sure if I want to plant them in the ground yet without trees nearby as an overstory to protect these ice cream beans from frost. They can handle a bit of frost but definitely dies back to soil level if hit. They're pretty resilient and shoots back up from soil root level if they die back. If I want pods, I'd need to keep them from die backs

Some whoppers in here. The white alpine strawberries I've bred for large berries are definitely some of the largest I've seen, still keeping that sweet, soft and aromatic pineapple scent strawberries intact. The 2 large ones compared to the regular sized berries
If anyone wants to buy some of these starts, let me know. I will propagate more and they'll be ready in a few months
$5/each
